It's the customer's responsibility to abide by and read the Terms of Service before commissioning. _________________________I accept PayPal, Cashapp, Ko-fi.A completed commission is nonrefundable.
A full refund will be given if I cancel the commission.Payment upfront, or half first and half after the first work in progress. Payment plans accepted, but not if any money is to be recieved after the work is finished.If the customer cancels, a partial refund will be given depending on the commission's progress, and a full refund if work hasn't started. A ghosting customer counts as client cancelation.
Unsolicited chargebacks will be disputed and your rights to the art revoked.

_________________________The character(s) being commissioned must belong to the customer or have proof of consent from the owner, unless it's to a friend or spouse.I accept furry, animals, and humans. I'm inexperienced with the latter, so I may deny the commission if I feel I can't. I accept robotic features, armor, clothes, weapons, props, etc. I accept blood, gore, and mature themes, but may have limits.Unless otherwise stated, I don't take NSFW commissions.
No conservative, zoophillic, or hateful prompts, such as revenge art.I update with progress throughout the commission, and if there is no progress, I'll still update you. It's the customer's responsibility to correct mistakes. The finished product can be sent through email, link share, or otherwise.

_________________________I retain copyright to the art.
The client may use the art for personal use. If the art is used publicly, credit is appreciated but not required. Credit is required when the work is used in a monetized area- ie, monetized Youtube channel, Twitch channel, website, or portfolio.The client doesn't have commercial rights, ie, merch, unless we're under an agreement. Client is allowed to make products for personal use; reselling these products is permitted in the case of it being sold with the character.I don't permit my work being fed into AI, sold for crypto, or uploaded for an NFT.Client can't claim they made the art, alter the art without consent, or remove my signature. With backgroundless pieces, often send a transparent file. You are free to insert a background, within reason; ie, no zoophile, "MAP", or conservative flags.Unwanted sketches or linework can be reused by me if the client doesn't want it, canceled, or charged back. Defining character features will be removed.You have full rights to the purchased adoptable or custom character. The above still applies to the work I've made of the character. You're allowed to sell the character for a higher price.Notify me if you don't want the work to be used as a commission example, posted, or posted until a certain date.
