Terms of Service
It's the customer's responsibility to abide by and read the Terms of Service before commissioning. When the payment for the commission has been transferred, the customer will have agreed to the Terms of Service.A breach in ToS can result in a cancelled commission, blacklisting, legal action, or a revocation of the customer's right to use the commissioned work.Contact me on any social media, or through:

______________Payment & Refunds
I accept PayPal, Cashapp, and Ko-fi.
A completed commission is nonrefundable.
A full refund will be given if I cancel the commission.
Payment must be given upfront or half first & half after the first WIP. I can do payment plans, but won't accept any payment for after the art is finished.
If the customer cancels, a partial refund will be given depending on the commission's progress, and a full refund if work hasn't started. A ghosting customer counts as client cancelation.
Unsolicited chargebacks will be disputed. Your rights to the art will be revoked and you will be blocked & blacklisted.
_________________Usage & Copyright
The client can't claim they made the art, alter the art without my consent, or remove my signature.
I tend to send transparent background versions of artwork, so you can insert a background without my permission, within reason; ie, no hate symbols, zoophile flags, conservative flags.
Let me know if you wish for the art not to be used as an example or posted.
Unwanted sketches or linework can be reused by me if the client does not want it, canceled, charged back, or ghosted. Defining character traits will be removed.
I retain copyright to the art, but not the character.
The customer may use the art for personal use. If the art is used publicly, ie profile picture or banner, credit is appreciated but not required. Credit is required for an area with monetization or business.
The client cannot sell the art on merch and does not have permission for general commercial use, unless we have an agreement. The client is allowed to make merch for personal use. Reselling the art or merch is allowed if it's being sold with the character.
I don't permit my art being sold for crypto, uploaded as an NFT, or fed into AI.
If you are buying an adoptable or character, you have full rights to the character but the above still applies to the art I've made of the character.
______________General Details
I reserve the right to deny a commission without explanation.
The character(s) being commissioned must belong to the customer or have proof of consent from the character's owner unless it's a gift to a friend or spouse.
I accept furry, feral, and humans. Be wary I'm still experimenting with the latter, and may deny the character if I feel I can't! I accept robotic features, armor, clothes, weapons, props, and so on.
I accept blood and gore content, and generally mature themes but I still have limits and can deny or suggest a change in a commission prompt.
Unless otherwise specified, I don't accept NSFW prompts or references.
No conservative, zoophillic, or generally hateful prompts or examples like revenge art.
I will update with WIPs and keep in contact throughout the commission. It's the customer's responsibility to correct mistakes. The finished product will be sent through email, link share, or otherwise.
Also by agreeing to these terms I will steal your soul.
